CITIZEN STAFF REPORT CRUM, W.Va. — A Norfolk Southern train jumped the tracks Friday night in southern Wayne County. Eighteen cars derailed from the tracks. The Kermit Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched around midnight to the scene on Webb Road.
