Ferrell Woodrow Fuller, age 64, passed away peacefully at his home March 20, 2026.

Born Oct. 14, 1961, he was the son of Woodrow and Geraldine (Jude) Fuller.

A man dedicated to his family and roots, Ferrell leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

In addition to his parents, Ferrell was preceded in death by those he held dear: his sister, Elizabeth Fuller (Bailey); his grandson, Damian Woodrow Fuller; and his nephew, Johnny Lee Fuller.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Robin Fuller, who stood by his side through life’s journey. His memory will be kept alive by his four children and their families: Crystal Muncy of Fort Gay, West Virginia; Kennith (DJ) Shaffer of Columbus, Ohio; Geraldine Fuller of Stepptown, West Virginia; and Felicia (Cody) Ward of Orient, Ohio.

Ferrell’s greatest joy was found in his 10 grandchildren, who will forever remember their grandfather’s spirit: Joshua, Joseph, Makenzie, Katelyn, Jeremiah, Damian, Sarah, Brooklyn, Avery and Gracie. Ferrell also leaves behind his beloved aunts and nieces: Madeline Adkins (Tina & Arby), Lorretta (Rodeny) Copley, Wanda (Ray) Messer, Lacey Bailey (Riley), Courtney (Sammons) Smith, Haleigh (Sammons) Parsons and Bethany Sammons.

Ferrell’s life was defined by the hills of West Virginia and the family he built across state lines.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and the many family members who were close to his heart.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Riverbend Freewill Baptist Church in Crum, West Virginia, with Ray Messer and Ken Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Fuller Family Cemetery on Jennies Creek in Kermit, West Virginia. Friends may visit the church after 3 p.m. Tuesday, all day Wednesday and until the time of the service Thursday.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
