Ivory Sharon Horn

Ivory Sharon Horn, 51, of Crum, West Virginia, died July 27, 2026, in the hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.

Born Feb. 4, 1975, she was the daughter of the late Harold Horn and Kathy Williamson.

She worked as a cook and waitress.

Survivors include her sons Austin Cherokee Runyon and Roger Dale Waller Jr.; stepfather Louie Smith; stepmother Anna Horn; brothers Bryan Johnson, Tim Smith and Josh Smith; sisters Samantha Horn, Vanessa Horn and Jennifer Marcum; stepsister Delphia Johnson; three grandchildren, Bentley, Jacob, and Alexander; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Funeral services were conducted July 31 at Perry Point Church on Jennies Creek Road. Interment was at Kelly Knob in Wilsondale.
