CITIZEN STAFF REPORT WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — Law enforcement agencies in Mingo County made several arrests in recent days on charges ranging from child sexual abuse material to grand larceny and assault. Clinton Gene McNeely, 30, of Lyburn, was charged with possession of multiple images and videos of child sexual abuse material found on a computer.
