WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate Court Clerk’s office released criminal complaints and arrests by various law enforcement agencies this past week, while jail records showed additional recent bookings.

Amanda Lynn Williamson, 46, was booked April 18 in Mingo County on charges of trespassing-1, breaking and entering and obstructing an officer.

Jonathan Kyle Walker, 31, was booked April 18 in Mingo County on a circuit court capias-1 charge.

Micha Shane Fields, 31, was booked April 17 in Mingo County on burglary-1, trespassing and obstructing an officer.

Stephanie Lynn Eastwood, 49, was booked April 17 in Mingo County on charges of burglary-1 and trespassing.

Timothy Jordan Blair, 35, of Lenore, was charged with child abuse for striking and bruising a 13-year-old female with a belt. Blair was also charged with strangulation, suffocation or asphyxiation for allegedly grabbing the juvenile by the throat. He was arrested April 16 by MCSD Deputies E. Williams and P. Muncy.

Shawna Marie Canta, 44, was booked on April 15 in Mingo County on a capias-1 charge.

Carl Eugene Brewer Jr., 49, of Wharncliffe, was charged with wanton endangerment involving a firearm and domestic assault. He was arrested April 14 by WVSP Trooper C. K. Johnson and MCSD Deputy M. Tiller.

Kenneth Woods, 59, of North Matewan, was charged with domestic assault in an incident at a residence in Delbarton. He was arrested April 14 by WVSP Trooper C.K. Johnson.

Matthew Slone, 54, of Williamson, was charged with trespassing, stalking and illegal restraint. He was arrested April 13 by WVSP Sr. Trooper J. Marcum after an incident at a residence on Dickensen Street in Williamson.

Sherry Vance, 58, of Dingess, was charged with battery and destruction of property. She was arrested April 13 by Trooper J. Marcum.

Timothy Lamont Harris, 54, of Williamson, was charged with driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance. He was arrested April 11 by WVSP Trooper J. Kitts.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
