WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate’s Court Clerk’s office recently released these criminal complaints.

Randall K. Horn, 46, of Holden, was charged with multiple counts, including driving on a revoked license, driving without a license, no motor vehicle inspection sticker, no insurance, improper registration, not wearing a seat belt and driving an unsafe/improper equipped vehicle. He was arrested by Mingo County Sheriff’s Deputy (MCSD) Deputy B. Sipple.

Mark Keith Hodge, 55, of Kermit, was charged with obstructing an officer, assault and battery of a police officer and fleeing on foot from law enforcement officers. He was arrested by MCSD Deputy B. Sipple. Hodge was a passenger in the vehicle driven by Horn.

Brittany Lashay Akers, 20, of Red Jacket, was charged with domestic battery and trespassing. She was arrested by West Virginia State Police (WVSP) Troopers Cpl. H. Rose and Sr. Trooper J. Morrison. She allegedly assaulted her grandfather.

Steven Dakota Dingess, 22, of Canada, Kentucky, was charged with reckless driving and fleeing from a police officer. He was arrested by deputies B. Sipple, T. Justice and K. May of the MCSD.

Bradley Lee Lackey, 44, of Lenore, was arrested by MCSD Sheriff Joe Smith, Sgt N. Mines and Sgt P. Muncy for receiving/transferring stolen goods and conspiracy to commit a felony. Deputy B. Sipple was the investigating officer.

Teshina Loues Bryant, 41 of Williamson, was arrested by Chief Deputy A. Mounts, Sgt P. Muncy and Cpl R. Fitch on outstanding warrants issued for receiving/transferring stolen goods, conspiracy to commit a felony and shoplifting. Deputy Sipple was also the investigating officer for this criminal complaint.

Cameron Shawn Cline, 24, of Hanover, was charged with failure to appear for his trial. He was arrested by MCSD Deputy M. Tiller.

William A. Cassady, 38, of Williamson, was charged with driving on a revoked license. He was arrested by WVSP Sr. Trooper J. Marcum.

Amy Dawn Ellis, 39, of Williamson, was charged with malicious assault. MCSD Sheriff J. Smith and Sgt P. Muncy arrested her.

William Charles Workman, 46, of Delbarton, was charged with obstructing an officer. WVSP Trooper Z. Bragg was the arresting officer.

Charles Howard Velten, 46, of Parkersburg, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender. He was arrested by WVSP Trooper C.K. Morrison.

Samantha Triplett, 35, of Williamson, was charged with burglary and trespassing. WPD officers Hightower and Moore arrested Triplett.

Dock Roberts, 21, of Princeton, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by MCSD Deputies May and Sipple.

Duante Valdelemar, 25, of Williamson, was charged with driving on a suspended license (DUI). WPD officers Hightower and Moore arrested Valdelemar.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
