The Martin County Health Department invites community members to attend the next Diabetes Connection meeting on Thursday, Aug. 27, at 10 a.m.

This month’s program will feature gentle yoga, offering participants a relaxing and beginner-friendly way to improve movement, flexibility and overall well-being.

The meeting will be held at the Martin County Health Department, 136 Rockcastle Road, Inez.

Participants may also join virtually at arh-org.zoom.us/my/arhdiabetessupport.

Diabetes Connection is open to individuals living with diabetes, as well as their family members and caregivers.
