Public meetings set for Kentucky Power rate increase, PSC invites comments
FRANKFORT — The Kentucky Public Service Commission announced meetings at four locations and a virtual meeting to provide information to the public and allow residents to comment on Kentucky Power’s proposed 18.3% rate increase for residential customers.
