Martin County residents will have two more chances this year to handle driver licensing needs closer to home, as driver licensing popup events return to public libraries. CITIZEN STAFF REPORT Registration opens July 22 at 8 a.m. for a Popup Driver Licensing event set for Aug. 5 in Lovely. The event will take place at the Rufus Reed Public Library, 1442 Riverfront Road for residents of Martin County. Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made online: drive.ky.gov/Drivers/Pages/Popup-Map.aspx
