Missing Floyd County man found deceased
CITIZEN STAFF REPORT BUCKHORN — Kentucky State Police troopers from Post 9 in Pikeville discovered the body of a missing Floyd County man Saturday, authorities said. The officers found Phil Colley, 65, of McDowell, near a utility access road in the Buckhorn community. The Floyd County Coroner’s Office pronounced him deceased at the scene. State
