CITIZEN STAFF REPORT WINCHESTER — Martin County High School Cheerleaders finished fifth in the KHSAA State Cheer Competition. The Cardinals squad competed in the All-Girls Super Large Division Saturday at George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester.
