CITIZEN STAFF REPORT PRESTONSBURG — Kentucky State Police (KSP) Pikeville Post confirmed Thursday that the human remains discovered April 22 in Prestonsburg have been positively identified as those of a woman who mysteriously disappeared two years ago.
