At the Martin County Health Department, we are proud to recognize the hard-working nurses who go above and beyond every day to care for our community.
Jennifer Jude, RN – HANDS Supervisor
Jennifer leads our HANDS (Health Access Nurturing Development Services) Program, supporting families during pregnancy and early childhood.
Penny Dye, RN – Clinic Manager
Penny oversees clinical services, which include vaccines, TB skin tests, STD and HIV testing and Family Planning.
Lakean Meade, RN – Diabetes Coordinator
Lakean leads the Diabetes Program by working one-on-one with patients to help manage and prevent diabetes, offering education, support, and care tailored to everyone. The Martin County Health Department provides both Diabetes Prevention classes and Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support.

Olivia Jude, RN – HANDS Family Support Worker
Olivia works closely with families through the HANDS program, offering guidance, encouragement, and vital resources during pregnancy and early childhood.
We are so thankful for their dedication, compassion, and the vital roles they play in promoting health in our community.
