James Tyler Harmon (sentencing) — Theft by unlawful taking all others $10,000-$1,000,000, amended to theft by unlawful taking $500-$10,000: Three-year sentence concurrent with 28-CR-4. Supervised diversion for three years, defendant must pay restitution to AT&T through Martin Clerk’s office at the rate of $100 per month, total balance $2,297.13. James Harmon and Cody Gullett shall be jointly and several liable for payment of restitution. Defendant must complete treatment at OVP.
