Ray Collins (change of plea) — 1. Complicity theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others over $10,000; 2. Persistent felony offender, first degree: 1. Twelve months, supervised probation for 24 months, defendant must cooperate with prosecution of co-defendant; 2. Dismissed.

Gabriel J. Cooper (change of plea) — 1. Possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); 2. Fleeing or evading police, second degree (on foot); 3. Resisting arrest; 4. Drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: 1. Two years; 2. Twelve months; 3. Twelve months; 4. Twelve months. Supervised diversion two years, defendant must complete substance abuse treatment through ARC where he is currently enrolled.

Brian Howell (change of plea) — 1. First-degree possession of controlled substance (cocaine), first offense; 2. Drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: 1. Pleaded guilty, waived formal sentencing, sentenced to 12 months; 2. Dismissed.

Earnest W. New (change of plea) — 1. Possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); 2. Drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: 1. Two years; 2. Twelve months. Supervised probation for two years, the defendant must complete any course of substance abuse treatment recommended by DPP, sentencing 5/2/24 at 10 a.m.

James Tyler Harmon (sentencing) — 1. First-degree possession of controlled substance (heroin), first offense; 2. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first; 3. No/expired Kentucky registration receipt; 4. No/expired registration plates; 5. Improperly on the left side of road: 1. Three years; 2. Ninety days. Sentences concurrent with 23-CR-12. Supervised diversion for three years, defendant must complete outpatient substance abuse treatment through OVP. 3-4. Dismissed.

James Tyler Harmon (sentencing) — Theft by unlawful taking all others $10,000-$1,000,000, amended to theft by unlawful taking $500-$10,000: Three-year sentence concurrent with 28-CR-4. Supervised diversion for three years, defendant must pay restitution to AT&T through Martin Clerk’s office at the rate of $100 per month, total balance $2,297.13. James Harmon and Cody Gullett shall be jointly and several liable for payment of restitution. Defendant must complete treatment at OVP.

John Henry Jude (sentencing) — 1. Convicted felon in possession of a handgun, amended to possession of firearm by convicted felon; 2. Persistent felony offender, first degree: 1. One year consecutive to Martin County indictment 30-CR-64; 2. Dismissed.
