PIKEVILLE — Freshman offensive lineman Chucky Leonard got an early look at the college football recruiting experience Saturday when he visited the University of Pikeville for his first college game-day invitation.

Leonard, an offensive tackle for Martin County, took part in a recruiting presentation and campus tour during the Sept. 5 visit. He also attended the pregame tailgate and received VIP field access.

The invitation marked an early recruiting milestone for Leonard, a member of the Class of 2030.
