Homer Gary Evans (arraignment) – Criminal trespassing, third degree; theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others: Reset 9/22/26 at 9:30 a.m.
Glenn Ray Moore (arraignment) – Terroristic threatening, third degree: Pleaded guilty, 30 days to serve, two days credit for time served, balance probated for one year on the condition that the defendant has no new violation of law and no contact with Jordan Price; cost waived due to jail service.
Jeffrey Stanley (motion hour-request for public defender) – Operating motor vehicle under influence of controlled substance, first: Pleaded guilty March 15, 2022. Motion denied.
Cidney Webb (arraignment) – Resisting arrest; hindering prosecution or apprehension, second degree: Pleaded not guilty; pretrial conference 8/25/26 at 9:30 a.m.
Kaylee Wolfe (arraignment) – Assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), minor injury; alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense: Pleaded not guilty; pretrial conference 8/25/26 at 9:30 a.m.
Charles Ray Crum (motion to revoke probation) – 1. Criminal trespass, second degree; 2. Complicity theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others; 3. Complicity criminal mischief, second degree: Pleaded guilty to all charges June 3, 2026. A parole revocation hearing will be set once the defendant has been picked up.
Charles Ray Crum (motion to revoke probation) – 1. Criminal trespass, second degree; 2. Theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others: Pleaded guilty to both charges June 2, 2026. Parole revocation hearing will be set once the defendant has been picked up.
Kayla R. Christian (pretrial conference) – Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license: Reset 9/22/26 at 9:30 a.m.
Homer Evans (pretrial conference) – Public intoxication of controlled substance (excludes alcohol); possession of controlled substance, third degree – drug unspecified; prescription controlled substance not in original container, first: Reset 9/22/26 at 9:30 a.m.
Helen Jude (pretrial conference) – Criminal littering: Pleaded guilty, 30 days probated for two years on the condition that the defendant has no new violation of law. Pay $60 restitution to Country Boys #1 garbage pickup; $60 due by 9/1/26. Defendant must maintain garbage service. Beginning 9/1/26, defendant will owe $75 on 9/1/26, plus monthly. Pay directly to County Boys #1 Garbage Service. Cost waived. Review 9/8/26 at 9:30 a.m. for status of garbage service.
