WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate Court released these criminal complaints from various law enforcement agencies for the week of Aug. 2.
Dominick T. Davidson, 30, of Akron, Ohio, and Ashley L. Rayburn, 44, of Matewan, were arrested by Deputies M. Tiller and J. May, with assistance from Gilbert PD officer Collins.
Davidson was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl) and conspiracy to deliver.
Rayburn was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl) and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Both of their bonds were set at $50,000 each after their arraignments.
Melissa Hall, 49, of Williamson, was charged with drug possession (meth), intent to manufacture or deliver and being a prohibited person with a firearm (two weapons and two charges). Deputies M. Tiller and G.J. May arrested her. Hall voluntarily told the officers that the drugs and guns were hers.
During the investigation the deputies also arrested Damari Young, who is currently on parole for violation of his home confinement agreement.
Other arrests
Michael Williams, no age available, of Matewan, was charged with petit larceny for stealing an EBT card from his mother. He was arrested by Matewan Police Chief David Stratton.
Angela Whited, 51, of Ikes Fork, was charged with transferring and receiving stolen property. She was arrested by Sr. Trooper P.M. Browning.
Dan Lambert, 28, of Lenore, was charged with grand larceny and destruction of property. He allegedly stole a vehicle and then damaged it. He was arrested by Williamson Police Department (WPD) Chief J. Spence and officer J. McCown.
Jimmy Thomas, 43, of Chattaroy, was charged with fleeing in a vehicle, driving on a suspended license and no insurance. He was arrested by Mingo County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD) Deputy J. May.
Judy Cook, 51, of Dingess, was charged with domestic assault and battery. Deputies B. Sipple and R. Moore arrested her.
Ashley L. Newsome of Williamson was arrested by MCSD Sgt. C. Endicott for a probation violation.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
