
Loraine Blair Mullins
1941—2026
Loraine Blair Mullins, 83, of Lenore, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, Aug. 9, 2026, at her home in Laurel Creek.
Born Sept. 30, 1941, in Laurel Creek, she was the daughter of the late Morrie Blair and Virgie Brewer Blair.
Loraine, along with her late husband William “Tom” Mullins, owned and operated Mullins Cable TV.
Loraine also worked for Western Electric in Columbus, Ohio, and for Mingo County Schools.
She was a member of The Little Dove United Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter Brittany Shan Mullins and her son Robert Paul Mullins.
Loraine is survived by one daughter, Loretta (George) Maynard of Georgetown, Kentucky; one son, William (Dawn) Mullins of Lenore; three grandchildren, Tommy Mullins, Kaitlyn Cheek and Gabriel Maynard; five great-grandchildren, Briley Duncan, Alexis Duncan, Bryson Duncan, Lauren Helsel and Joji Maynard III; and one sister, Thelma Jean Evans. She also leaves behind extended family, Tina Stanley, Demarcum and Molly Henderson and their children, Marley, Malcom and Monique “Mo.”
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, at the Callaham Funeral Home chapel, 51 Riverfront Road, Warfield, Kentucky, with Jimmy Maynard officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home Wednesday starting at 11 a.m. until the time of services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, Kentucky.
