Anita S. (Marcum) Brewer

Anita S. (Marcum) Brewer, 70, of Kermit, West Virginia, died Aug. 3, 2026, at St Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington.

Born Jan. 15, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Marcum.

Anita was a homemaker.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Stephanie Brewer.

Survivors include two sons, Christopher Brewer and Eugene Brewer; one brother, Clinton (Valerie) Massie; three grandchildren, Jaxson Brewer, Clyde Chaffin III and Austin Brewer; one great-grandchild, Kane Chaffin; nephew Josh Justice; niece Heather Block; and a host of family and friends.
