Mary Margaret Adams
1938—2026

Mary Margaret Adams, age 87, passed away surrounded by family July 29, 2026.

Born Oct. 14, 1938, in Wayland, she was the daughter of the late Graham Turner and Grace (Decoursey) Dixon.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Larry Adams; grandson, Benjamin Delong; and great-grandson, Noah Lear.

Mary is survived by her children, Paula (Ernie) Delong, JoAnne (Mark) Griffin, Teresa Adams, Larry Glenn (Julie) Adams and Carolyn (Troy) Rayborn; grandchildren, Amanda (John) Horn, Tyson (Elisa) Griffin, Tate (Melissa) Griffin, Jessica (James) Pahl, Ashton (Stefan) Boya, Heather Adams, Michael Dewiel, Kristin Adams, Brooke Adams and Sydney Rayborn; sisters, Kathryn Sautter and Jackie (Clint) Cleveland; 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Linda Chute, Judy Haverstein and Jeanette Walker.

The family will receive friends at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 3. Services will follow at Munz-Pirnstill at 5 p.m.
