WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — Seventeen people were arrested or named in criminal complaints recently in Mingo County, with charges ranging from traffic and probation violations to malicious wounding and felony fleeing.
Records from the Mingo County Magistrate Court clerk’s office and the Southwestern Regional Jail show the following:

Cameron Jax Brinager, 20, was arrested July 25 on charges of malicious wounding, domestic assault, domestic battery and destruction of property.

John Howard Griffith, 26, was arrested July 25 on charges of battery and malicious assault.

Kathyrn Leigh Ball, 55, of Delbarton, was arrested July 23 on two bond violation charges.

David T. Mounts, 49, of Baisden, was arrested July 23 by Mingo County Sheriff’s Deputies T.J. Justice and M. Tiller, with assistance from Gilbert Police Chief N. Glanden, on charges of passing in a no-passing zone and felony fleeing with reckless indifference.

Nona Fields, 64, of Broughton, Illinois, was charged with first-offense DUI following a traffic accident involving a collision with a Kermit Volunteer Fire Department emergency vehicle on Marrowbone Creek. Deputy J. May obtained the arrest warrant, which was executed July 23.

Johnce Issac Falloway, 38, was arrested July 22 on charges of fleeing from an officer in a vehicle, defective equipment and reckless driving.

Dakota Blankenship, 25, was arrested July 21 on a probation violation.

Eugene Floyd Yopp, 54, was arrested July 21 on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender.

Jeffrey Todd Cline, 51, was arrested July 20 on a circuit court capias.

Wallace Brocky Robinson, 74, of Hensley Big Branch Road, was charged with distributing obscene material to a 16-year-old female and attempting to seduce a minor. West Virginia State Police Trooper J.C. Morrison arrested Robinson July 20.

Bobbie Jo Crum, 36, was arrested July 19 on a circuit court capias and two bailpiece charges.

Charles Walter Copley, 33, was arrested July 17 on a probation violation.

Danny Mahon Jr., 42, of Varney, was arrested July 17 by Deputy T. Layne on a charge of brandishing a weapon.

Vincent Wells Bianco, 23, of Williamson, was charged with domestic assault, domestic battery and telephone harassment. According to the criminal complaint, Bianco allegedly struck his wife in the nose and mouth and possibly broke her left arm. Mingo County Sheriff’s Deputy B. Sipple and Cpl. E. Williams arrested Bianco July 16.

Hunter Dakota Salmons, 21, was arrested July 16 on a bond violation.

Charles Reed, 40, of Chattaroy, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving on a license revoked for DUI, failure to provide proof of insurance and having no vehicle registration. West Virginia State Police Troopers D.S. Evans and J.L. Marcum arrested him July 13 following a traffic stop.

Mindy Clements, 42, of Delbarton, was charged with interfering with an officer and providing false information to a law enforcement officer. Delbarton Police Chief J. Hall arrested her. An arrest date was not provided.
