WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate Court clerk’s office released several criminal complaints.

On Sunday, July 5, Trina E. Hinkle, 29, of Delbarton, was arrested by MCSD Deputies R. Moore, J. May and J.D. Tincher for grand larceny, driving under the influence (DUI), fleeing while under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, and reckless driving.
Hinkle is accused of stealing a Honda 4-wheeler, fleeing from officers and driving erratically. Hinkle allegedly rammed into a sheriff’s cruiser. Once arrested, she reportedly had slurred speech, and deputies said she was wearing only her underwear.
After being transported to a medical facility, where police said she tested positive for cocaine, meth and fentanyl, she was lodged in the Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden.
Other arrests made by various law enforcement agencies in Mingo County were as follows:

Rodney Scott Justice, 29, was arrested July 11 on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Anthony Ray Baisden, 54, was arrested July 10 on a circuit court capias.

Felicia Kay Hager, 41, of Williamson, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine. The investigation involved the DEA. West Virginia State Police Sgt. T.J. Hannon made the arrest July 8.

Christina Jude, 44, was arrested July 7 on a circuit court capias.

Payton Evans, 36, of Chattaroy, was charged July 6 with burglary, felony stalking, violating a protective order, domestic assault and destruction of property. The domestic incident involved an ex-girlfriend. Mingo County Sheriff’s Deputy J. May made the arrest with assistance from several other officers.

Douglas Sparks, 57, of Dingess, was charged July 5 with driving on a revoked driver’s license for a previous DUI and operating without insurance. West Virginia State Police Troopers D.S. Evans and J. Marcum made the arrest.

Danny C. Lilly, 28, of Matewan, was charged July 3 with domestic battery. Deputies Tincher and T. Layne made the arrest.

Gary Oakley, 31, of Logan, was charged July 2 with driving on a revoked operator’s license for a previous DUI and providing false information to a law enforcement agency. Williamson Police Department Patrolman J.T. McCown made the arrest.

Audrey Doyle, 60, of Belfry, Kentucky, was charged with being a prohibited person illegally in possession of a firearm. She allegedly sold the pistol to a pawn shop in Williamson. West Virginia State Police Senior Trooper C.K. Johnson made the arrest with assistance from the ATF. The arrest date was not provided.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
