Renee (Messer) Osborne
1978—2026

Renee (Messer) Osborne, 48, of Breeden, West Virginia, went to be with the Lord, June 6, 2026.

Born Jan. 5, 1978, she was the daughter of the late John and Phyllis Conn Messer.

Renee loved being a wife, mother, Annie and Mimi. She was a kind and loving person who loved drawing and coloring, as well as her dogs. She loved taking pictures of everyone to capture every moment and memory.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sisters Lisa Messer and Teresa Messer.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband Charles Osborne; daughter Heather Osborne; step-children; Johnathon (Racine) Osborne of Lenore, Ashley (Nick) Branham of Dingess, Christopher (Katelin) Osborne of Warfield, Kentucky, Olivia Osborne and Austin Newsome of Wilsondale; seven grandchildren, Trenton, Zoey, Mariah, Kayson, Hailey, McKinley and Oaklynn; brother Hank (Leanne) Messer of Breeden; sisters Cheryl (Paul) Sheppard of Breeden, Melissa Messer of Dingess and Denise (Allen) May of Breeden; mother-in-law Imojean Messer of Crum; nephews John, Hayden and Lawson; and nieces Carrie and Lillie.

Visitation will be at the Welcome Home Church from 11 a.m. until the time of services at noon, Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Rick Dials and Stewart Martin will officiate. Burial will be at the Osborne Family Cemetery in Breeden. Mullins Family Funeral Home of Warfield is honored to serve the family.
