WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County grand jury returned indictments against 51 individuals during sessions held May 19 and May 26. Charges include strangulation, sexual abuse by a parent or guardian, kidnapping, computer fraud, money laundering and drug-related offenses.

Janet Renee Berry: possession of Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to deliver and possession of a Schedule V controlled substance (Gabapentin) with intent to deliver.
Shawna Marie Canta: felony escape from custody.
Eddie Earl Davis: two counts of failure to provide notice of sex offender/registration changes, second offense.
John Wesley Hager: two counts of failure to provide notice of sex offender/registration changes, first offense.
James Victor Hash: destruction of property (less than $2,500), wanton endangerment and attempted murder.
Denver Ray Hatfield: threats of terrorist acts and retaliation against a public employee.
