
CITIZEN STAFF REPORT
INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s Office reported the following arrests:

Eric Phillip Crum, 42, of Debord, was arrested May 18 on Setser Branch in Davella on charges of possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense (drug unspecified) and a warrant from Martin District Court. Sheriff Kirk made the arrest and reported Crum had a small baggie with a crystal-like substance, along with a quarter of a Suboxone pill, in his pocket.

Charles R. Crum, 43, of Debord, was arrested May 18 on Setser Branch in Davella on a warrant issued by the Martin District Court.

Kadence Hale, 19, of Inez, was arrested May 15 in Inez on charges of first-degree criminal mischief (complicity), second-degree criminal trespassing (complicity) and criminal littering (complicity).

Brett Blevins, 20, of Beauty, was arrested May 15 in Inez on charges of first-degree criminal mischief (complicity), second-degree criminal trespassing (complicity) and criminal littering (complicity).

Brandi Moore, 36, of Inez, was arrested May 15 in Warfield on charges of possession of a controlled substance first degree, first offense (methamphetamine), failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and improper display of registration plates. Deputy JC Kirk stated Moore came through a safety checkpoint in Warfield when deputies noticed her tag’s expiration date appeared altered from 5/12/26 to 6/12/26. Upon further investigation, deputies recovered multiple baggies of a white crystal-like substance from Moore’s person and from inside her car.

Jordan Price, 30, of Inez, was arrested May 15 on Blacklog Road in Inez on a warrant from Martin District Court charging him with assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), minor injury. Deputy JC Kirk made the arrest.

Paul Anthony Marcum, 40, of Wayne, West Virginia, was arrested May 15 in Warfield on a bench warrant from Martin District Court. Deputy David Adams served the warrant.

Charlene (Jude) Carter, 35, of Pilgrim, was arrested May 14 on Rocky Branch in Pilgrim on a bench warrant from Floyd District Court. Deputy Adams served the warrant.

Jamie Ray Evans, 31, was arrested May 13 on a warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Adams made the arrest.

Brian Howell, 46, of Inez, was arrested May 13 on an indictment warrant charging him with bail jumping in the first degree and persistent felony offender in the first degree. Deputy Adams served the warrant.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
