PIKEVILLE — The Pike County grand jury returned six felony and three misdemeanor indictments on a variety of charges May 5.
Patrick Adams, 36, of Kimper, was indicted on a single count of first-degree criminal trespassing.
Austin Cecil, 25, of Sidney, stands indicted on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; DUI, first; no seatbelts; and improper equipment.
Ronald Coots, 72, of Phelps, has been indicted for one count of first-degree burglary, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree terroristic threatening, menacing and prescription not in proper container.
Tracy Ferrell, 48, of Stopover, was indicted on one count of second-degree arson.
Whitney Hurley, 36, of Freeburn, has been indicted on a single count of second-degree escape.
Kristy Smith, 27, of Phelps, has been indicted on a single count of first-degree criminal trespassing.
Paul Maynard, 61, of Williamson, West Virginia, was indicted on theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake.
Shirley McClanahan, 28, of Phelps, stands indicted on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tommy Wolford, 43, of Stopover, has been indicted on numerous charges, including first-degree fleeing/evading; first-degree criminal mischief; third-degree fleeing/evading; first-degree wanton endangerment; leaving the scene of an accident; reckless driving; driving on a suspended license, first; no insurance; and speeding.
