1943—2026
Lillian Stacy, 83, of Inez, passed away May 5, 2026, at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg.
Born March 3, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Jeff and Eistie (Jude) Fletcher.
In addition to her parents, Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Stacy; son, David Stacy; stepmother, Lassie Fletcher; six brothers, Arthur Fletcher, Johnny Fletcher, Matt Fletcher, Oscar Fletcher, Joe Fletcher and Henry Fletcher; and five sisters, Elizabeth Howell, Mae Staton, Dolly Maynard, Gracie Fletcher and Margaret Fletcher.
Survivors include one son, Danny Stacy (Donna); five daughters, Alesia (Gary) Hunt of Delbarton, West Virginia, Trish (Russ) Callaham of Inez, Tina “Bean” (Roger) McPeek of Pikeville, Cristy (Tim) Kilburn of Martin and Misty (James) Cassady of Coldwater; three brothers, Melvin Fletcher and Glen Fletcher, both of Inez, and Arnold Fletcher of Lomansville; two sisters, Rea Staton of Jackson, Michigian, and Janet Jude of Debord. She also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, Megan Jude (Ervin Joe), William Tyler Preston, David A. Stacy, Timmy Fletcher, Bryson Burchett, Isiah Hunt, Kayleigh Hunt, Matt McPeek (Ashley), Kyle McPeek (Kirstyn), Lexi Chapman and Cassie Thompson; nine great-grandchildren, Brantley Cole Jude, Lily Jude, Lyla Jude, Scarlett McPeek, Beau McPeek, Ezra Adams, Ella Thompson, Eloise Chapman and River Cole Alexander; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank-you to her wonderful caregiver, Amy Carter.
Lillian will be sadly missed by all those who knew her and loved her.
Funeral services were held Saturday, May 9, 2026, at the Crum Funeral Home in Inez with Buddy Stacy and David Stacy officiating. Burial followed at the Riverview Memorial Gardens in Louisa, under the direction of Crum Funeral Home.
