Pike grand jury indicts 22

PIKEVILLE — The Pike County grand jury returned indictments against 22 individuals April 21, including several defendants facing drug, firearm and bail-jumping charges.

Margaret Adkins, 67, of Pikeville, has been indicted on a single misdemeanor count of theft by unlawful taking (less than $300).

Tina Adkins, 48, of Phelps, stands indicted on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; third-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana; no seat belt; failure to register/transfer motor vehicle; no tags; improper display registration plate; and failure to produce insurance card.

Donnie Allen, 46, of Kimper, was indicted on charges of possession of handgun by felon; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; and second-degree persistent felony offender.

Amber Aslinger, 29, of Stopover, has been indicted on one count of first-degree bail-jumping.

Lawrence Barnes, 45, of Elkhorn City, stands indicted on two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; possession of a handgun by felon; DUI, second; possession of a firearm by felon; speeding; driving without a valid license, license plate not legible; and persistent felony offender.

Elizabeth Bartley, 31, of Robinson Creek, was indicted on a single count of felony theft by unlawful taking.

Daveon L. Bell, 21, of Louisville, has been indicted on one count of first-degree criminal mischief.

Joshawa Bevins, 21, of Prestonsburg, stands indicted on one count of theft by unlawful taking.

Okie Boyd, 37, of Banner, was indicted on two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Brandy Coleman, 34, of Elkhorn City, has been indicted on charges of DUI, first; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; reckless driving; and no seat belt.

Chadrick Gibson, 37, of Pikeville, stands indicted on a single count of fourth-degree assault.

Bradley Hurley, 26, of Hurley, Virginia, was indicted on one count of first-degree criminal trespass.

Mark Hurley, 47, of Matewan, West Virginia, has been indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Roger Little, 65, of Elkhorn City, stands indicted on charges of possession of a firearm by felon; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; and possession of marijuana.

Savannah Mounts, 40, of Sidney, was indicted on first-degree possession of a controlled substance; DUI, first; speeding; and no seatbelts.

Julius Mulkey, 53, of Shelbiana, has been indicted on one count of first-degree bail jumping.

Jody Pruitt, 50, of Pikeville, stands indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance; second and third-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana; and public intoxication.

Roberto Rodriquez, 26, of Elkhorn City, was indicted on one count of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

William Logan Rose, 30, of Hellier, has been indicted on multiple charges that include possession of a handgun by felon; tampering with evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; third-degree possession of a controlled substance; prescription not in proper container; possession of a legend drug; and first-degree persistent felony offender.

Kathy Smith, 61, of Regina, stands indicted on one count of first-degree bail jumping.

Michael Thompson, 58, of Pikeville, was indicted on a single count of first-degree bail jumping.

Jonathan Vance, 38, of Shelbiana, has been indicted on charges of first-degree fleeing/evading; third-degree fleeing/evading; driving suspended; possession of drug paraphernalia; and DUI, first.
