Odessa Marie (Collins) Fields
1968—2026

Odessa Marie (Collins) Fields, 57, of Kermit, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on March 27, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born June 19, 1968, she was the daughter of the late Jeff and Ruth Jude Collins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Clancy Fields and her siblings, Darlene, John, Jimmy, Ronald, Lucille, Rose and Ima Collins.

Odessa was a housewife and of the Christian faith.

She is survived by her sons and stepsons, Howard Collins, Justin Lee Fields, Andy Fields, Charlie Ray Spencer, Clancy Fields Jr., and Chancy Eugene Fields. Odessa also leaves behind her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Becky (Neely) Patrick of Inez, Kentucky, Debra Bartley of Ohio, Ina Grace of Missouri and Leatha Smith and Mary Cline, both of Kermit, along with a host of extended family and friends.

Per the family’s request, she will be cremated. Mullins Family Funeral Home of Warfield, Kentucky, is honored and privileged to be serving the family of Odessa Marie Fields.
