INEZ — A Tomahawk man was sentenced March 19 in Martin Circuit Court to two years in prison for his role in a stolen ATV case dating back to 2023.

Rush Fraley, 49, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 to $10,000/complicity, a Class D felony.

The charge arose from an Aug. 21, 2023, incident in which police found Fraley with a stolen 2012 Arctic Cat four-wheeler belonging to Junior Horn of Inez. He was subsequently indicted Sept. 7, 2023.

In sentencing Fraley last week, Martin Circuit Judge John Kevin Holbrook directed that Fraley be delivered to the custody of the Kentucky Department of Corrections.
