CITIZEN STAFF REPORT

INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s Office reported the following arrests:

Erin A. Kugel, 23, was arrested March 21 on Long Branch Road in Lovely on a bench warrant from Magoffin District Court.

Deputy JC Kirk served the warrant at 6:50 p.m.

Ashley R. Salmons, 34, of Tomahawk, was arrested March 19 on Court Street in Inez on a bench warrant from Floyd District Court for a traffic violation.

Deputy Billy Wells served the warrant at 11:16 a.m.

Zachary Colton Delong, 30, of Debord, was arrested March 18 on Setser Branch in Debord on a probation violation (for a felony offense).

Deputy Jameson Wall arrested Delong around 12:22 a.m. after Delong turned himself in.

Eric Crum, 42, of Inez, was arrested March 18 on KY 292 in Lovely on an indictment warrant and a bench warrant. His charges on the indictment warrant include possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance in the second degree (suboxone) and possession/use of drug paraphernalia. The bench warrant charge is for failure to appear.

Deputy Wall served the warrants at 8:05 p.m.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
