INEZ — Boots, blue jeans and country harmonies took center stage at Martin County Health Care Facility as the Kentucky Cowgirls performed during the residents’ monthly birthday party.

The group sang and entertained residents with lively country favorites, turning the celebration into an afternoon of music and movement.

Resident Judy Ward dances and performs with the Cowgirls each month when they visit. Alongside the performers, she fully embraced the spirit of the show as friends and fellow residents looked on.

For an afternoon, the party felt like a small-town concert complete with cowboy hats, microphones and plenty of heart.
