We are excited to partner with Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) and host their Diabetes Connection Support Group.

Join us Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. for a hands-on Nutrition Demonstration where you will actively participate, ask questions and learn simple, practical nutrition tips to support everyday diabetes management.

Giveaway Alert: Everyone who attends—in person or virtually—will be entered into two $50 gift card giveaways.

This partnership allows us to build on our Diabetes Prevention Program and Diabetes Self Management and Education Programs. This will expand education, resources and support for individuals living with diabetes, as well as their families and caregivers.
