The Martin County Health Department will host a food manager certification class.

The event is set for Nov. 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 136 Rockcastle Road in Inez.

We invite all local restaurant owners, food service workers, and anyone involved in preparing or serving food to the public.

This certification course, presented by Patrick Boyd, provides valuable training on food safety, sanitation and proper handling practices.

By offering this training locally, the health department hopes to support businesses and organizations in maintaining the highest food safety standards while continuing to serve our community with pride.

The cost is $50 per person and space is limited.
