PRESTONSBURG — The Kentucky State Police Post 9 in Pikeville seeks the public’s help in an ongoing investigation into a missing person.

KSP was notified Nov. 16 regarding the disappearance of Michael Fogleman, 26, of Virgie. Investigators said Fogleman was last seen Nov. 12 in Prestonsburg.

Fogleman is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing 188 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
