Gladys Maynard (sentencing) — Theft of services $10,000 or more: Supervised probation for five years, $15,000 restitution ($250 per month) to Martin County Water until restitution is paid in full. Restitution shall be paid through the Martin County Circuit Clerk’s office. The defendant agrees to extend probation if total amount is unpaid within five-year probation period.
