Martin County Arrest Report

INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s Office reported the following arrests:

Carmel Stacy

Carmel Stacy, 43, of Debord, was arrested Sunday on Crum Branch in Debord on a bench warrant for court. Deputy J.C. Kirk made the arrest.

Roy K. Goble

Roy K. Goble, 48, of Lovely, was arrested Saturday on Riverfront Road in Lovely on a bench warrant for court. Deputy J.C. Kirk made the arrest.

Nebert L. Horn Jr.

Nebert L. Horn Jr., 56, of Inez, was arrested Saturday at Inez Zip Zone on a bench warrant for court. Deputy J.C. Kirk made the arrest.

Anthony R. Williamson

Anthony R. Williamson, 47, of Lovely, was arrested Friday on Little Peter Cave Road in Lovely on two warrants out of Union County charging him with alcohol intoxication in a public place, fourth-degree assault (dating violence) (no visible injury), criminal littering and second-degree criminal mischief. Sheriff Kirk made the arrest.

David Lee Perkins

David Lee Perkins, 39, of Circleville, Ohio, was arrested Thursday on Turkey Creek Road in Inez on three fugitive warrants out of Circleville (Ohio) Municipal Court and possession of a controlled substance, first degree (methamphetamine). When Sheriff Kirk served the warrants, he found a clear plastic baggie containing 5-1/2 grams of a crystal substance on Perkins, which Perkins identified as methamphetamine. 

Austin Tyler Jackson

Austin Tyler Jackson, 25, of Warfield, was arrested Thursday in Inez for two counts of first-degree bail jumping and two bench warrants for court. Deputy Dennis Hall made the arrest.

Larry Nicholas Goble

Larry Nicholas Goble, 39, of Inez, was arrested Thursday on Jack Cassady Branch, Inez, for assault, fourth degree (minor injury). Deputy J.C. Kirk was dispatched to the scene. He noted Goble was “not very cooperative” when he made contact through the door. The police report states Goble’s 18-year-old son had a visible bruise on his left eye and both admitted Goble had hit the 18-year-old.

Jonathan Allen Perry

Jonathan Allen Perry, 33, of Tomahawk, was arrested April 10 at Family Food in Tomahawk for possession of a controlled substance, first degree (drug unspecified). Deputy J.C. Kirk was serving an outstanding warrant for Perry’s arrest. When Perry exited his vehicle, the deputy saw a loaded needle in the door, which Perry allegedly identified as methamphetamine.

Shirley Lynn Marcum

Shirley Lynn Marcum, 33, of Warfield, was arrested April 10 at the Dollar General in Warfield on two warrants for Martin District Court and one for Pike District Court. Deputy J.C. Kirk made the arrest.

Thornton Eddie Goble

Thornton Eddie Goble, 61, of Louisa, was arrested April 9 on Route 40 in Inez for operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and two bench warrants for Martin District Court. Sheriff Kirk stopped Goble for driving on a suspended license and noticed a strong odor of alcohol. Goble allegedly admitted he had drunk earlier. The police report states Goble blew .143 on the preliminary breath test and failed field sobriety tests. Goble consented to a blood test.
