Glenn Mollette has released his third studio album titled “Keep Living.” The album, recorded in Nashville and Owensboro, Kentucky, consists of 15 original tracks written by Mollette.

The theme “Keep Living” is taken from many of the songs on the album, which have themes of hope, life and love. “Don’t Quit Living” is one song on the album. Some of the words from the song are, “If you are dying don’t stop trying to breathe one more time. When you’re hurting one thing is certain, you got to try again. Don’t quit living because they walked away. Don’t give up because of what they say. Don’t stop trying for a dream come true. What you got to lose? People let us down, some walk away. Always one who will stay. Take hold of what’s left, give it your best. Choose to live and out with the rest.” © (Glenn Mollette)

Another song on the album was recently released as a single: “Stop The Hate.” Mollette came up with this song after hearing some activists’ pleas for stopping hate. Some of the words to the song are, “Stop the hate. It’s not too late, but we can’t wait any longer to stop the hate. Start to love look up higher than ourselves to God above. Stop the hurt. It won’t work. Stop the hate.” © Glenn Mollette

The album has numerous ballads like “Things Left Unsaid,” which is a song about not carrying a load of worry, stress or malice. Another ballad is titled “Thinking of You,” which is a song about missing a lost life partner.

Some of the upbeat, fun songs on the album consist of “Hey Carole.” The album begins with a pop version of the song and then ends with a bluegrass version. Other upbeat songs are Black Coffee, Playing Checkers and Spare Me Sweet Jesus from COVID-19.

One of the popular songs that has been streamed often is titled “My New Normal.” Mollette was in eastern Kentucky right after the most recent horrific flood. A FEMA worker said to him, “Glenn, the places we are going to today have nothing. The people have lost everything. They have lost their cars, houses and loved ones. Their new normal is they have nothing.” He was inspired to write the song titled “My New Normal.”

“I realized most everyone in life eventually faces a new normal and that we can all eventually relate,” said Mollette.

Other musical artists on the album are Carole Mollette, Steve Goodie and Randy Lanham.

Mollette has released two other studio albums in recent years titled “Just For Fun” and Stereotyping.” He currently has a catalogue of 41 original recorded songs available for streaming or downloading. He is also the author of 13 books available via most book dealer websites.

“Keep Living” is on the Johnny House Record label and all the songs are published by Johnny House Publishing, Nashville.  The album is available to be streamed or downloaded from all streaming platforms, such as Spotify, Apple, iTunes, Amazon, Deezer, Pandora, YouTube and many others.
