Mingo County indictment charges range from murder to drugs

WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County grand jury returned 28 true bills against 26 individuals Sept. 28. Charges ranged from murder to grand larceny and drugs.

Alex Dwayne Likens, 37, of Ragland, stands indicted for first-degree murder and being a person prohibited to be in possession of a firearm. Likens is accused of shooting and killing Teresa Harmon of Delbarton on March 31, 2022.

Brian Matthew Adkins, 26, of Fort Gay, was indicted for possession to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (Hydrocodone), and possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl).

Jeffrey Lewis Baisden, 42, of Chapmanville, has been indicted for a single charge of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl).

David Brewer, 57, of Kermit, was indicted for third offense DUI, intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine and prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Deidre Butler, 42, of Wharncliffe, stands indicted for breaking and entering and grand larceny.

Brandon Patrick Campbell, 31, of Williamson, faces three separate indictments for petit larceny, one obstructing an officer/attempted escape, and two counts of burglary.

Joseph Canterbury, 30, of Dingess, was indicted for burglary and grand larceny.

Thomas Ray Cline, 35, of Panther, was indicted for fleeing with reckless indifference to others.

Brian K. Colangelo, 40, of Wharncliffe, stands indicted for two counts of wanton endangerment and one count each of second offense domestic assault, prohibited person in possession of a firearm and malicious assault.

Dwayne D. Collins, 53, of Inez, was indicted for driving impaired (DUI) and prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Richard K. Dillon Jr., 42, of Delbarton, was indicted for three counts of failure to provide notice of sex offender registration changes.

Lauren Horn, 21, of Williamson, was indicted for possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) and possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (cocaine).

Shane Hunt, 56, of Delbarton, stands indicted for attempted burglary and felony destruction of property.

Randy K. Kinzy, 34, of Williamson, was indicted for two counts of failure to provide notice of sex offender registration changes.

Connie Sue Mahon, 61, of Williamson, was indicted for two counts of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine).

James Leo Muncy, age/address unknown, was indicted for unlawful voter registration.

John Wayne Payne, 63, of Dingess, stands indicted for possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine) and two counts of obstructing an officer.

James R. Robinson, 45, of Dingess, was indicted for entering a building other than a dwelling, grand larceny and two counts of conspiracy.

Mary Melissa Runyon, 38, of Dingess, stands indicted for attempted grand larceny and obstructing an officer.

Marcus Thompson, 25, of Ulysses, Kentucky, was indicted for entering a building other than a dwelling and escape from custody.

Willard Tomblin III, 30, of Breeden, was indicted for possession and intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine).

Marvin Lee Vance Jr., 46, of Breeden, stands indicted for possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl), possession with intent to deliver a Scheduled II controlled substance (methamphetamine) and two counts of conspiracy.

Marvin Lee Vance Sr., 69, of Breeden, was indicted for possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl), prohibited person in possession of a firearm, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) and one count of conspiracy.

Jeremy L. White, 36, of Williamson, stands indicted for failure to provide notice of sex offender registration changes.

Dakar Wilson, 19, of Ohio, was indicted for possession with intent to deliver a Schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine) and conspiracy.

Samuel C. Wolford, 37, of Williamson, was indicted for failure to provide notice of sex offender registration changes.
