CITIZEN STAFF REPORT WURTLAND — Two people are in jail for the murder of a 5-year-old in Greenup County. Rachell Waddell, 36, and Christopher Stiltner, 38, were arrested Thursday at their residence on Oak Street in Wurtland for the June 17, 2023, murder of the child.
