Robert Lee Waller 1978—2025 Robert Lee Waller, 47, of Dunlow, West Virginia, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025, in Smithers. Born Feb. 6, 1978, in Columbus, Ohio, he was the son of Roy and Candise Taylor Waller of Dunlow. He is preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Lewis Waller and his grandfather, Clifford Waller.
