Martin County Health Care Facility celebrates with ‘50s Diner CITIZEN STAFF REPORT INEZ — The word from the bird is Martin County Health Care Facility residents and staff rocked around the clock to celebrate National Nursing Home Week. The facility transformed into a “1950s Diner,” a place for friends, milkshakes, light-hearted laughter and cheerful nostalgia.

Blackburn wins birdhouse
Martin County Health Care Facility held the fundraiser drawing for the birdhouse April 21. Resident Jean Small drew the winning ticket that belonged to Beth Blackburn. The staff and residents thank Iva Muncy for donating the birdhouse. They congratulate Beth on her win.
