BY ROGER SMITH MOUNTAIN CITIZEN PIKEVILLE — The Martin County Youth Cardinals dominated the Hatfield McCoy Youth Tournament on Dec. 29 at the Appalachian Wireless Arena in Pikeville, capturing first place among more than 60 teams.
