Traffic stop leads to meth, heroin bust
BY ROGER SMITH MOUNTAIN CITIZEN BETSY LAYNE, Ky. — Police arrested four people after seizing methamphetamine and heroin during a traffic stop Wednesday. According to Kentucky State Police Post 9, a Drug Interdiction Unit trooper observed an equipment violation on a silver 2015 Kia Optima and conducted a traffic stop in the Betsy Layne community.
