INEZ — Martin County is under a burn ban. Judge/Executive Lon Lafferty signed an executive order Tuesday prohibiting opening burning. The judge cited “extremely dry conditions” and an” extraordinarily high” risk for fire occurrence.

Community celebration at Warfield Park
