Joe and Melissa Mullins of Warfield welcomed their baby girl, Melody Rain, at 6:52 p.m. June 3, 2022. She was born at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg. Melody Rain is the little sister of Marvin Lee and the granddaughter of Bob and Judy Mullins of Pikeville and the late Marvin and Jackie Dempsey of Warfield.
