Billy Ray Perry 1975—2025 Billy Ray Perry, 50, of Inez, passed away May 2, 2025. He was born Jan. 26, 1975, to the late Robert Perry and Hester Spurlock Perry of Inez. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his nieces Jayla and Gene Noel Perry and grandmother Lillian Mae Spurlock.
