ARC accepting applications for summer programs; deadline Dec. 6
WASHINGTON — The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has opened applications for two summer programs: the Appalachian Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA) and the Appalachian STEM Academy at Oak Ridge.
