Garmon Preece and Thelma Moore, the 2024 Mr. and Ms. Christmas in the Mountains, were crowned during Sunday night’s Merry Little Christmas Party at the Collier Center in Inez. The coronation officially kicked off the festival that runs through Dec. 7 in downtown Inez.
